In which field do you aspire to pursue your PhD in? The cost of study is different in different fields at different universities.

Also, financial support is available in some field while some others may not have as many options. Ranjini has rightly mentioned the most common one. Apart from these, universities also offer some kind of financial support to its enrolled students as well as on campus and off campus work options to their students to help them manage their funds.
