Sorry you won't be able to get admission in the mentioned IIT under general 4000 rank.
But I suggest you should be trying for IIITs then because IIITs like IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore, IIIT Allahabad all these are very good institutes and you can go for them on basis of your JEE mains result.
