With after 12th with BiPC combinations you have various options, but eventually the decision to choose a path is dependent on your areas of interest, skills, aptitude and job profile that you are aiming for the future.
To start off, if you're interested in the sphere of medical science then you can consider to appear for NEET for which admission is done to various courses such as MBBS/BDS//Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, now for BSc Nursing also NEETA scores are acceptable, states like Maharastra accept NEET scores even for BPT .
If you're academically inclined and interested in research or teaching, you can do BS-MS Dual Degree from IISER , or four years BS degree program in IISC(Bangalore) through KVPY , you can also appear for NEST for 5 years integrated MSc program in NISER(Bhubaneshwar)/ UM DAE CABS(Mumbai) , other than this if you can consider graduation in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Bioinformatics/BioChemistry to name a few which are emerging fields and admission process varies among colleges it can be based on academic merit or through entrance test, after this you can qualify for CSIR NET/SET, become assistant professor or pursue PhD,
You can also go for BDes,BPharm. Bachelor of Optometry, BASLP, Radiology, Occupational Therapy etc.In case of teaching career in school level, you can do BSc-BEd. You can apply for ICAR AIEEA UG for BSc Agriculture , all these courses can be pursued through with or without entrance test depending on the norm of the concerned college.
Some of the best options outside your field are
NCHMCT JEE for Hotel Management,
NIFT, NID, AIEED for Fashion Designing,
AILET/CLAT/LSAT/BHU UET to name a few for integrated law program
IPMAT/JIPMAT for Integrated MBA,
Journalism and Mass Communication
