Which are the best private colleges/universities for mining engineering? As Ive not given JEE, what shall I do? (Mining includes:- Metallurgy, mining machinery and mining engineering..)

Hi there,
Jee exam is entrance exam through which you get admission in engineering college across the nation. And it is same for all the branches as after the exam you get your score and according to your score you get the branch. Before the exam there is not soecified branch syllabus.
There is only one syllabus and that 11,12 pcm
