Hello Rita, as you asked about sec.10 of CPC which says that No court shall proceed with the trial of any suit in which the matter in issue is also directly and substantially in issue in a previously instituted suit between the same parties and further so as you asked sec 10 applicability of course it is applicable in Indian territories two parties having same conflict and asking for same remedy cant be heard in two courts at the same time. for further knowledge you can visit https://indiankanoon.org/doc/593544/
