According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any other college through JOSAA counselling as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling in states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and likewise because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
