Your category rank will be consider If seats are vacant for your category. If only open category seat is vacant after JOSSA then your CRL will be consider.Therefore the allotment totally depends on the availablity of seats in the respective category.

is anyone got seats like that through cartogary just coz so many saying that only crl ranks are considered
