Currently I am in class 11 cbse.I was preparing for IIT exam.Most of the question come from class 12.so I will concentrate on 12th subject?

Dear Aspirant,

Definitely class 12th syllabus has more weightage!
But you need to look out well for the following topics from class 11th.

Chemistry :

General Organic chemistry
Isomerism
Thermodynamics(Common in Physics) n Equilibrium
Structure of Atom (Common in Physics with Modern physics)

Maths :

Conic section n coordinate geometry.
Trigonometry
Complex numbers

Physics :

WPE & Rotation
S.H.M. & Waves oscillations
