Currently I am in last year of engineering (SPPU Pune, maharashtra ) . Before this I got year down twice in third year of my engineering. Iam genaral category student and benefited EBC scholarship in previous years. After gap of these two years am I eligible to apply for EBC scholarship ?

In Maharashtra, the EBC scholarship is usually given for the duration of the regular course. Since you had two year-downs, the scholarship may not be given for those gap years, but you are definitely eligible for the final year, as long as you are enrolled as a regular student again. - You are in your final last year of an approved engineering program under SPPU.
- Your family income is within the prescribed EBC limit (usually around 8 lakhs or less annually for Maharashtra).
- The maximum eligible academic duration for claiming the scholarship (this usually includes a little buffer for a backlog because of academics however it varies a little across institutes and scheme years) has not been surpassed.
- You have not also reached the maximum number of years claiming the scholarship allowed.
