I have uploaded a declaration in lieu of EWS certificate for jee advanced to upload it till 26th of September, but I cant find an option to upload the certificate.

Hey Harsh,
You just have to keep one thing in mind, the EWS certificate and the income certificate must be issued from the same state, i.e., either both from Bihar or both from CG. However, to avoid any sort of discrepancy, if all the certificates are of the same state.
