currently im in 8 th std and i want to become a judge so can anyone explain me that after 10 th how many years will be required for which exams and so on ?
Hi aspirant,
After completing your 10th std and 12 std you need 8-10 years to became a judge.
First you have to complete your graduation in any degree course of 3 or 4 years from recognized university.After that you will have to appear for LSAT exam.
After taking LSAT exam and receiving your scores your law school education start . It consist of 3 yrs.
After completing your law school you have to pass the bar exam to practice in particular state.Then you have to decide either you go for clerkship or directly go for practice.
Then you have to do law practice for 2-3 years .
After practising law for two years ,you can begin looking for opportunities as judge.
Steps :-
- Complete your graduation in any degree course.
- Take the LSAT exam.
- Attend law school and earn a Juris Doctorate.
- Pass the bar exam to practice in a particular state.
- Practice law for 2-3 years.
- Earn your judgeship.
