As per the available information, the NT/DNTs in Gujarat are included in one of the three categories - Scheduled Castes (2 Tribes), Scheduled Tribes (6 Tribes) or Socially & Educationally Backward Classes - SEBC (32 Tribes). As you haven’t specified whether you are eligible for SC, ST or SEBC reservations, I will provide you the last cutoff marks in NEET 2017 for each category with regard to the 85% State Quota seats in the Government colleges of Gujarat. As you can see from the above table, a score of 300+ out of 720 in NEET 2018 should be sufficient to obtain a Government college seat under State Quota provided you are eligible under the ST category. If not, then it’s safer to target a 400+ score to maximize your chances as a ST or SEBC category candidate.
