cut off marks for oc Ews candidate in jee 2020 for 300 marks
Hello dear,
I'd like to inform you that; ever since last year NTA has taken over the responsibility of conducting JEE main. As in their system, they did not show the mark a student has scored out of 360 last year. In place of that they provide a percentile system. This year even though the total mark has reduced to 300 still the cut off will come in terms of percentile. You get a percentile; depending on the number of students you've scored more , from your shift. The exam will be conducted in 8 such shifts. So, there can't be a particular cutoff mark but comes in percentile system.
As in for EWS category ;we can't say anything for sure, but qualifying percentile may come around 80 Percentile while for general category it'll be shy around 90 percentile. Last year the cutoff for general category was 89 percentile ; while for EWS it was 78. For OBC 74; for SC 54 and for ST, it was 44 Percentile.
Hope this helps you! All the best.
