Factors determining the JEE MAINS cut off of NITs:

The total number of candidates who appeared in the entrance examination
Availability of Seats
Previous year’s JEE Main cutoff trends
The difficulty level of JEE Main 2021 examination

So, can't Exactly say which way it will go. It may Rise or Fall.
