Will admission cutoff fir NITs in jee mains 2020 increase or decrease?

As cutoffs can vary on lots of factors like number of students ,highest and the lowest marks and participating institutes etc . Due to pandemic the cutoffs might decrease for some NITs like northeastern nits but since jee mains has removed several eligibility criteria ,the number of candidates has increased .in my view the cutoffs will vary from nit to nit and I think it would decrease a bit .
