Daily i get 7 hours so plz Suggest me how i can distribute my time for each subject of PCMB

I would suggest you to divide the time for the preparation subject wise as per your convenience. If you are preparing for NEET Entrance Exam, You should have 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12.

Here are some important tips you can follow for the exam preparation:

Give equal important to all the three subjects.

Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry

Concentrate More on weaker subject.

Whatever you study throughout the day make sure that you revise.

Solve the previous year papers, It will help you to know the level of the questions.

Join mock test to analyze your performance.

Prepare notes - The best way to improve memory skills is to prepare notes while studying. Candidates should write down all the important notes in a copy or diary which can be useful for revision before the examination and save a lot of time for them.
