Candidates availing reservation under OBC Category are not eligible for EWS Quota. If they are not under any reservation and are regarded as General Category, then they will be considered as EWS if their annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum and certain other criterias that they don't own a house more than 1000 sqft .
