In certain cases it's possible the information of fee submission is shown a bit late than usual. Anyhow, if you have got the fee receipt or the screenshot ensuring that you have paid then please keep the screenshot saved and contact the helpline provided by the exam conducting body. You may call them through the helpline or write a mail to them. You can also make sure that the payment is actually done from your part.
