Hello,
IITs option will be available to you due to you being a holder of preparatory rank in SC category. Such a candidate is eligible for preparatory courses only. You might be getting options of IITs in JoSAA portal but I can assure you, you are not eligible for normal courses of IITs. Though I am still interested to know if all the course options also open for you or just some. My verdict is that your virtue of being a rank holder in JEE Advanced has enabled IIT options in the portal.
