As per the MCI guidelines, a professional having registered to the MCI and have a medical degree and got the registration after 1 year compulsory internship can only treat patients. As MPharm students don't get the clinical registration as that of the Doctors, so you can't treat patients and treating patients by any MPharm graduate will be illegal as per the rules of Medical Council of India.
