Dear Sir, My income is very low (48000/year). Can i go abroad or at any place in India for my studies with low expenditure scholarship?

Well you need to know that many universities and colleges abroad have amazing scholarship opportunities to international students and that too full ride one. Similarly in India itself, government colleges and universities are usually very cheap as compared to private tuition. So work accordingly.
