The eligibility criteria to be eligible for Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 70% aggregate marks. The candidate must also score minimum 50% aggregate marks in English in class 10th or class 12th. The selection for SSB is based on JEE Main All India Rank.
The cut off for 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme course commencing from January 2021 was as follows
- Executive and Technical: AIR 89716
- Navy Education: AIR 52677
Considering the cut off you may not get selected for SSB interview. The total number of posts for 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme commencing from July 2021 are 26. So it is very difficult to get a call for SSB interview. The cut off varies depending on total number of candidates applied, Highest JEE main rank, lowest JEE main rank, number of vacancies available etc.
