The application form of JEE Mains will start from December onwards for online as well offline. Since you attempted the JEE mains in 2107 so accordingly you are left out with 1more single attempt for Mains but not for Advance in 2019.

The applications for the JEE Main January 2019 will start from September 1st, 2018. The application forms will be available online and the candidates will be required to fill the application form via the NTA website as the JEE Main 2019 will be conducted by NTA.
