Yes, you are eligible to appear for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced(if you clear mains). But, note that you will not be admitted into any engineering colleges through your JEE Main rank (like NITs, IIITs etc). You will only be admitted in IITs if you clear your JEE Advanced cutoff for that college.
