As per the Qualifying exam of JEE Main 2019 Eligibility Criteria-
Candidates must have passed class XII or qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018.
So, as per the above eligibility Criteria,
you are eligibile for JEE Mains 2019.

Sorry you can only attempt JEE Mains. For JEE Advance, You could only attempt while appearing in 10+2 that is 2017, and 2nd after passing it that is 2018. So you are not eligible for JEE Advance next year. But you can attempt JEE Mains 2019.
