91 percentile could fetch you a rank around 92070-103500.now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc..considering you from general category you have very low to no chances to fetch seat in government colleges nits or iiits, however you can try to fetch seat in private colleges or universities.or you can try the state btech colleges using jeemain percentile. you see the last year qualifying cutoff was 90 percentile for gen category it was not admission cutoff.you need better percentile to fetch seat.workhard for the upcoming jeemain sessions..for more information to get a personalised report on what all chances you have for your rank refer to: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
