In earmarking, a reserved category student who got a seat has previlige to select the seat either under the open category or under reserved category. If you opt open category, then one seat under reservation of the category you belong to will be passed to next candidate.
Now, since you have selected reserved category, you seat will be under OBC category and you do not have to worry about that.
