Hello Naveen,

If you want to become a scientist, you need to select the specialization subject. Accordingly you have to proceed. If you wish to be either a geologist/biologist/botanist scientist, you can choose a 3 year degree course BSc. If you wish to be a Scientist at NASA, you need to have an engineering degree (BE/BTech). For better opportunities, you can either do PhD or pursue Masters degree like MSc after BSc or MTech after BE/BTech.

Hi aspirant,

If you are doing your research with your own finding, you may not require degree for your research. In that case also you should get permission from appropriate government organizations. So yo get funding from any government or private agencies, you should have valid degree in both undergraduation and post graduation.
