There's no government engineering college in Delhi which doesn't need an entrance exam like JEE MAINS , admissions in government engineering colleges are always based on entrance. All the government engineering colleges in Delhi accept Jee mains, examples of few government engineering colleges in Delhi accepting jee mains are:-

- Jamia Millia Islamia
- School of Planning and Architecture Delhi .

Dear Aspirant,
If you are planning to do Btech from a government college in New Delhi, then you have to give JEE Mains exam, infact, almost all of the government engineering colleges in our country are now take admission through JEE.
However, there are a lot of private colleges which take admission on the basis of your 12th marks like KIET, GalGotias, etc.
