Klumpke's Paralysis - Here is all you need to know
- Nerve Injury - Lower Trunk of Brachial Plexus - Median Nerve, Ulnar Nerve, T-1 Sympathetic Fibres
- Cause of Injury - Hyper Abduction of arm which can happen due to - Holding a support suddenly while falling from height or birth injury.Maybe due to sportsinjury by cervical rib ( cervical rib syndrome) or by abnormal insertion or spasm of anterior and middle scalene muscle(scalene syndrome).
- Clinical Feature - Claw hand deformity and Horners syndrome(Drooping eyelids)
