No not all IIT won't accept your JEE mains score rather than this they will accept JEE Advance score. Mains score are only the cuttoff inorder to write the IIT-JEE Advance paper with that only you may be able to enter in these elite institutes.

Hey.
Admission in any of the IITs is done on the basis of your score and rank in the JEE Advanced exam. You cannot get admission in an IIT on the basis of your JEE mains score.
You need to clear the JEE mains exam though, in order to take the JEE advanced exam.
