The application form fill up portal of JEE Main will be opened on last week of March. If you want to apply for the April session of the exam or the both the remaining phases of the exam then you can do that after the application portal reopen in the last week of march.
To fill the application form, you have to login to the portal with your registered ID and password. Then you have to fill the application form and upload the required documents and finally, you have to pay the application fee.

It seems that you are asking for application process of JEE-Main 2021 April attempt, so let me tell you that till now the application process has not started and we have to wait till the declaration of results of March attempt, which is expected by March 27th 2021. A candidate will also have option to apply for one Session or more than one Session (April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. In other words, if a candidate wishes to apply only for one Session, he / she has to pay Examination Fee only for that Session during the current application period and will have opportunity to apply again for the May Session.

Note that the photographs or images which you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as the criteria set by NTA which are enlisted below as per the official information brochure released by NTA :-
> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
> File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.
> File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.
> File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.
> File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.
Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the date for the application forms of the April Session. It will be released on the last week of March (tentative). The JEE (Mains) April Session will be held on April 27, 28, 29 and 30. You can check for updates on https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ .

No, the application form for April session of JEE mains haven't started yet. Most likely, it will start in the last week of March.
The the admit card will be released on 11th April 2021 while the exams will be held from 27th to 30th April.
