B.Arch is a 5-year undergraduate course whereas B. Planning spans for 4 Years. The career prospects are more or less the same. Thus, it is advised to choose the subject of your interest.

B.Arch. is a five years undergraduate program which is designed to produce licensed and professional architects who are authorized to do private constructions and government constructions.
