Hey,
Out crossing means cross between two individuals of same breed of a species that are not directly related.
They may not have any common ancestor in the history for a number of generations.
Cross breeding means breeding between two individuals of different species. This is done for creating newer breeds with better characteristics.

Hello!!
In OutCrossing mating is done between same species which are not closely related for 3-4 generations.
Whereas cross breeding is mating between two different species. For eg Mule which is a result of mating between Male donkey and Female horse.

Out crossing-This is the practice of mating of animals writhing the same breed but having no common ancestors on either side of their pedigree up to 4-6 generations.the offspring of such mating is known as out cross.
Cross breeding- In this method,superior males of one breed are mated with superior females of another breed.Cross breeding allows the desirable qualities of two different breeds to be combined.
