First option: 04, 79, 20, 87; All the letters of the word KJAT can be represented through this option.
Second option: 11, 67, 23, 75; A cannot be represented by 23.
Third option: 30, 86, 01,67; T cannot be represented by 67.
Fourth option: 23, 89, 20, 87; J cannot be represented by 89.

So, KJAT can be represented by using the codes 04, 79, 20, 87. Hence, the first option is correct.
