Solution : Given:
LOB : DQN :: HER : ?

Add 2 to the place value of the letters of LOB and then reverse the order of the letters obtained to get the related letter cluster.
L + 2 = N; O + 2 = Q; B + 2 = D→NQD
Now, reverse the order of the letters of NQD→DQN
So, LOB is related to DQN.
Similarly, follow the same pattern for HER –
H + 2 = J; E + 2 = G; R + 2 = T→JGT
Now, reverse the order of the letters of JGT→TGJ

So, HER is related to TGJ. Hence, the second option is correct.
