There might be some unconditional error. I would suggest you to https://mhtcet2019.mahaonline.gov.in/Grievancee/Grievance open this link. There fill up all the details and click on send email. This should do the job.

There is also a helpline number in which you can call and rectify your queries. The number is 022-49150801.
