Do B.com colleges give admission to 12th private candidates on the basis of 11th TC ?

Hi,
There is no simple yes or no. If you're a private candidates you cannot show transfer certificate. However, if you were a regular student in the past and then moved into the private mode of education. Then, you are supposed to show the transfer certificate from the last school.
