Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes almost everyone do get a chance to attend counselling but getting stream willingly totally depends upon the rank you are obtaining if you are obtaining good rank then you are eligible for each and every branch desired but if you don't then it totally depends upon the rank.
