Hi,
Generally the upper age limit for Bank PO and clerk exams is about 30 years for the unreserved category while there is age relaxation of 3-5 years for reserved categories depending on the rules of the bank. As you belong to the reserved category, you can definitely appear for the exams as you will be 30 years in 2019.
