Do i definately got rank in SV university sir because i had eagerly waiting for the rank sir i have no other options for studying sir

Candidates are not given admissions in any university on the basis of their eagerness level for waiting. So , your eager waiting gives them no reasons to give you a seat. You can only get admission on the basis of your rank , which you have not mentioned in the question.
