Do I get a merit seat in private medical college in Karnataka if i am from kerala?

Hi there.
The state quota seats in private colleges of a particular state are reserved for the domicile holding candidates of that particular state. This means that if you have a domicile of Kerala then you won't be able to apply for state quota seat of Karnataka's private colleges. Although you might go for the 15% All India Quota seats of that particular college if your marks are high enough. If your marks are not that high it is preferable to choose your own state's 85% state quota seats as the chances of you receiving a medical seat rises then.
Thank you and all the best.
