There are private college as well as government colleges ( both state and central ) that accept JEE Main's rank. To get admission in colleges like NIT, IIIT you'll have to qualify JEE Main and participate in JOSAA counseling.
Private colleges like IIIT Hyderabad, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology hold their counseling for admissions.
Some states like M.P, Rajasthan accept JEE Main's score for admission in their respective state-funded Institutes. You'll have to apply separately for them.
