Yes you will receive the AICTE Gate scholarship if you clear the gate exam and you meet the eligibility criteria.AICTE GATE 2020 scholarship will be entitled only to those students who will be admitted in the course with a valid GATE score at the time of admission. Any student who qualifies the GATE exam after the date of admission shall not be eligible for grant of scholarship.
here is the eligibility criteria:

Foreign students, sponsored candidates and candidates admitted in PG programs through management quota are not eligible for the Scholarship.
Candidates must have a valid GATE score at the time of the admission. Admissions done before or after the GATE validity will not be accepted.
Candidates admitted for part time courses will not be eligible.
Candidates should have a general saving bank account with his/her name. Joint accounts are not allowed for the scholarship.
Creamy layer OBC candidates who have qualified under OBC category are not eligible for AICTE scholarship for GATE.
Candidates qualified under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Physically Handicapped not having an authentic certificate are not eligible.
The GATE/GPAT scholarship will be disbursed for a maximum period of 24 month or till completion of courses/date of submission of thesis whichever is earlier.
