Do I have to fill the optional columns also? what if I left it empty? also, it is showing that I have completed it successfully. But why couldn't I download the confirmation page?

Dear applicant in most of the cases, after we fill the application form successfully it takes time to download the confirmation page, but do check your mail id and phone number which you have while registration to ensure your successful submission. After successful completion most often we receive a mail, try to check that and use that web browser link to download the confirmation page.
