NO. 1st and 2nd round are Absolutely On the Basis of Merit. If any ody gets selected in 1st and 2nd round then it is through their rank Only.

Hello Aspirant,
Yes, apart from registration fee which is non refundable you need to pay tuition fee which is refundable.And it will be given back to you if you change your mind and want to join in some other college.The tuition fee which has to be paid for any deemed University is two lakhs rupees.
