do i need mtg chemistry for AIIMS at all because i already have MS Chauhan for org and GRB for the others and i am doing it meticulously.

You have to prepare for the exam so you can refer to whichever book you find good for yourself. There is no boundation for anyone.
You are going to find lots and lots of books in the market but it's not possible to study each and every book.
All you need to keep in mind is whichever book you study from, at the end your aim should be preparing thoroughly the complete syllabus for the exam. Get your basics clear, solve lots and lots of questions, keep revising everything and practice previous years questions. This should be your primary concern.
