On the basis of your jee mains rank u can get some decent college...As many colleges accept jee mains score
Apart from jee u can also appear for ipu cet, comedk, kiteee, etc to name a few.

Mam should I need to clear advance for getting IIT NIT ?
U can get NIT on the basis of jee mains..
For IIT u need to qualify jee advance
