Do I need to get First class in every semester in Computer Diploma to get admission for B.E. Computer

It is not necessary to be first class passed in every semester exam of your computer diploma but you need to have a minimum of 60% in diploma in order to get admission in BE CSE. Though the cutoff may differ with colleges ad different colleges have different eligibility criteria for admission.
