Do i need to report to rc in ccmt if keep the seat in floating?

I cannot report to rc in ccmt after 2nd round alloment. Did not pay fees also. Will i be alotted in 3rd round?

Dear Sampada,

If you have not been awarded a seat in CCMT counseling then you need not to report to the Reporting Centre.You can go to the Reporting Centre only if you have been awarded a seat.
